Epiphany Return and Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items: Items such as underwear, swimwear, custom-made, or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: An original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.


Return Process:


1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@epiphany.com.tr with your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization code via email.

3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Product Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for compliance with the return conditions.
